Do you have a fixed mindset or a growth mindset?

Here’s a really good barometer. When you hear a success story of another actor who’s similar to you in some way, how do you feel?

Do you feel a tiny bit threatened by that person’s success? Or do you feel energized and inspired by their success?

Do you come up with all the reasons why it was easier or more obvious for them to do it… or does it get YOUR juices flowing?

Be honest with yourself.

You may have some elements of a fixed mindset now, but you can change that… by cultivating and internalizing a passion for learning and getting better.
