My Open Letter To The Entertainment Industry (on Deadline Hollywood) | Workshop Guru
Today I wanted to take a break from the Guru Tips #SummerSeries to shed some light on some recent events. There’s been a lot of controversy on the topic of casting workshops in the news lately, and most of the content out there is pretty one-sided. Deadline Hollywood published an open letter I wrote to the entertainment industry highlighting an alternative view of casting workshops, specifically from the actors’ perspective. Click here to read that.

I was limited by a word count, so I wanted to share my complete thoughts in this blog. Watch below, and let me know your thoughts. Please comment here, on Facebook, and on Deadline, and please share the letter, we want to make sure that the proactive actors (all of you) are getting every opportunity you can to showcase your work and book the roles you deserve.

We’ll be back next week with the #SummerSeries.

You rule, actors!
