Happy Holidays! The holidays can be a stressful time, between getting gifts for your friends and family (and your reps!), and getting your schedule in order to go to parties and events. Since this time of year can be so crazy, it can be easy to get off track and grab a few extra desserts while at those parties. But don’t worry, I’ve got you covered.

I was super excited to go out this week with one of my great friends, Moniqua Plante of The Plante Life (you might remember her from our amazing #HealthyActorSeries last year) and show you a few simple ways that you can break the cycle and keep COOL while looking HOT this holiday season!

(Moniqua is even giving away an amazing resource, and I’ve got a fun announcement, so be sure to watch until the very end!)

Like I mentioned, Moniqua is giving away her FREE On-The-Go Guide that she created especially for Actors! I’ve already got mine, so go download yours!

And next week is our 100th episode of the GuruTips video series! We have some fun announcements coming (and there may be cake in the building)! Be sure to subscribe to our YouTube channel so you don’t miss out!

Do you have a burning question you want me to cover in an episode of GuruTips for Actors? I’ll be answering YOUR questions the last Tuesday of every month, so be sure to send them in to [email protected]!

OK… whose party is next?!
