I liked the pretty card they picked out (pretty with flowers & a butterfly) and the fact that it was hand written and they were very specific with what they appreciated about me. They valued me and who I was in the note.

I had received a thank you from my manager who had received a comment from a patient stating how helpful I had been in solving her problem. It made me feel good in 3 ways; 1- that the patient took time to comment to my manager about me, 2-that my manager took time to acknowledge me and 3- it was totally unexpected.
