It’s called The Four Tendencies: The Indispensable Personality Profiles That Reveal How to Make Your Life Better (and Other People’s Lives Better, Too) by Gretchen Rubin.
In it she breaks down four different personality types and some pretty insightful conclusions that can help you improve your life… and your acting career! It’s already helped me so much because I’m learning the best ways to interact with and respond to other personality types.

As a reminder, here are the four types:
Upholders: Respond readily to both inner and outer expectations
Questioners: Question everything, respond to inner expectations, but tend to meet an expectation when they feel it’s justified
Obligers: Respond readily to outer expectations, but can struggle with inner expectations
Rebels: Resist all expectations
