Clear Out Your Email Inbox!
Happy Tuesday! And happy new year! Last week we presented a throwback to our #PilotSeasonSeries, and now we’re bringing you the first episode of #GuruTips Season 3!
Answer truthfully – when you look at your phone, how many email notifications do you see? 10? 100? 0? One of my good friends has over 10,000 unread emails- WHAT?! This is cray, because as actors, a lot of the communication we have (with representation, teachers, producers, casting directors) is all over email! How do you know you’re not missing something important?!
I just had to make a GuruTips video on this because you should NOT let email overwhelm get in your way, especially during pilot season. Every old email sitting in your inbox is stuck energy, and we want everything to be flowing smoothly during this crucial time of year.
I include myself in all of this because, honestly, I’ve let my email go sometimes! But now it’s time to make a change! In fact, I’m going to have an email-clearing party on Sunday! Haha!
