Happy Tuesday! I will be the first person to tell you that you are the CEO of your career. That means you’re the boss. As the boss you get to make important decisions, put in the hard work, and enjoy the rewards of your successes. But… something else the boss needs to do? Have some pretty awkward conversations.
We all know those conversations. Maybe it’s having a tough meeting with your agent, or breaking up with your accountability partner, or telling your acting teacher you’re moving on. Whatever they may be for you, they may not be too much fun, but these conversations are most certainly important to have.
I’m here this week to show you some respectful and effective tips you can implement the next time you need to have a conversation you are dreading.
