I love this! I really only have three resolutions: Continue yoga 3x week, Continue daily 15mins meditation in the morning, and dive headfirst into eating vegetarian. There are so many other things that I’d “like” to do, but “dieting” or saying I’m going to “lose x amount of weight” is so much pressure. I know that the yogi lifestyle is something that pays off and makes me feel AMAZING, and the next step to compliment my current habits is STOP EATING MEAT 🙂 I’ve actually just learned not to take missing a day of meditation so seriously. I used to fall of the wagon hard if I did, but now I forgive myself, remind myself of the deeper purpose of it, and pick up the next day 🙂

I love your resolutions and really identify with them myself. Meditation is such a key to my life, but you’re right, you have to be easy on yourself. Otherwise, it kind of defeats the purpose, doesn’t it! Keep us posted on how the year progresses!
