How To Prepare For Pilot Season | #PilotSeasonSeries Vol. 1
Happy #GuruTipsTuesday actors! Welcome back from your vacation, and hope you had an incredible New Year’s with friends and family!
We’re kicking off Season Two of #GuruTips2016 with our new #PilotSeasonSeries!
Pilot Season here in Los Angeles runs from January to May and is a crucial period for an actor. Careers can be made during this season, but it can definitely be hectic. Watch this first installment on How To Prepare For Pilot Season so you can master this season and hit the ground running!
Relationships are crucial, especially during pilot season, and one of the best ways to forge these relationships? Workshops. I want to make this season the most prosperous one yet for you, so I’m inviting you to our FREE live teleseminar. I’ll be going over exactly how you can avoid making the most common mistakes actors can make in workshops and how to use workshops to your advantage. These tips will help you build those relationships in workshops, so you can turn those workshops and meetings into callbacks and bookings. This free teleseminar is guaranteed to change your workshop game for good! (Plus we’re giving away a TON of prizes!)
Join us on this free call Thursday, January 14th at 1 PM PST / 4 PM EST. I’m even throwing in a free bonus, 5 Money-Saving Workshop Strategies, just for signing up. And don’t worry if you can’t make the live call, we’ll send you a full recording immediately after.
It’s completely free, so be sure to grab your spot here! And be sure to spread the wealth by sharing it with your friends on Twitter!
Now I want to hear from you! What are you doing to prepare for this year’s Pilot Season? Leave a comment below! (plus each comment is an entry to win an exclusive Workshop Guru prizes!)
‘See’ you soon!
xo,
P.S. To wrap up Guru Tips Tuesday 2015 we wanted to share some of the funniest bloopers and outtakes we had while filming. Don’t worry, it’s all in good fun and I enjoyed myself… well… mostly. Check it out and have a laugh!
P.P.S. Here’s the link to sign up for the teleseminar one more time… just in case.

With everyone talking about pilot season, I appreciate your words of encouragement. They are truly from the heart and are supportive and uplifting, as opposed to making the actor view pilot season as a big ugly monster that will never be tamed. Yes, it is overwhelming, but it can be done! Embrace it, don’t fear it. And that’s what I get from your video. I look forward to your class.
