What To Do When You're Having A Rough Day | Acting Resource Guru

Raise your hand if you’ve ever had a ROUGH day. You know what I’m talking about… Those crappy days where you spill your coffee, forget something at home, maybe you flub a line in an audition (maybe you even flub the line in a one-line audition #truestory).

It happens. We all have one of those days every now and again. So what do you do? Wait for tomorrow to come? NO. You snap yourself out of it, and I’ve got three tips to help you do just that.
